NASHVILLE (Billboard) – Reba McEntire’s new “Love Revival” will be sold exclusively at Hallmark Gold Crown stores in January and February, making the country singer the latest in a string of top artists to release albums through the retailer.
McEntire was eager to participate, but there was a hitch. “I said, ‘I’d love to,’” she recalled, “but the problem is, I didn’t have that many love songs that I’ve recorded during my 31-year career, believe it or not.”
The album contains four songs recorded exclusively for Hallmark, among them a version of country act Restless Heart’s 1987 No. 1 single “I’ll Still Be Loving You.” “That’s one of my all-time favorite songs,” McEntire said. She invited members of Restless Heart to sing vocals with her on the song.
At the 3,700 Hallmark Gold Crown stores nationwide, “Love Revival” will be priced at $7.95 with the purchase of three Hallmark cards.
Restless Heart fans who are quick with a mouse can order a special edition copy of the much anticipated “25 and Live!” CD beginning Wednesday, Aug. 8, only on www.restlessheartband.com. Just 1,000 copies of the new CD are included in this initial release.
Legendary country artists, Restless Heart, today announced the Aug. 8 release of a special edition of their first live album. The CD, “25 and Live!” is also a celebration of the group’s 25 years together.
Recorded in late 2006 at Riverside Hotel and Resort, Laughlin, Nev., the band’s tenth album is a collection of 14 chart-topping, crowd-pleasing favorites presented the way every fan wants to hear Restless Heart – LIVE! (more…)

Restless Heart knows the best way to express their commitment to helping children and their country music peers is through their music. They’ll do both April 27 when they headline the kickoff dinner for the annual Toby Keith and Friends Golf Classic, in Oklahoma City, Okla. The weekend events benefit Ally’s House, an organization Keith helped establish which now serves as a major source of support to Oklahoma’s young cancer patients.
“It’s always great to do something that helps kids,” said Larry Stewart, Restless Heart’s lead singer. “Cancer is something that touches every one’s lives these days and to be asked to help Toby with this fund raiser for the Oklahoma children is an honor, especially for the Oklahoma members of Restless Heart.” Stewart added, “It will be fun to work with Toby again for the first time in many years.”
The kickoff event at the Cox Business Services Convention Center is for golfers and their guests. It includes dinner, an auction and Restless Heart on stage. (SE-E News)

After a much deserved mid-winter respite, the wheels on the Restless Heart tour bus are ready to roll into a hectic 2007 tour schedule. “Last year we did more than 100 performances in 95 locations around the world,” said Larry Stewart, lead singer for the legendary group. “We don’t expect 2007 to be any less hectic.”
The group was off the road most of the last three months, taking time to produce the upcoming live album, plan for the 2007 tour, make several appearances on the Grand Ol’ Opry and, of course, spend time with their own families. “In the old days, we’d miss first steps, the Tooth Fairy and T-ball games,” Stewart commented. “Now we have to work our schedules so we’re home for high school graduations and moving into college!” (more…)
